Organizer: Starving Artist LLC
All of the below applies to all tickets including General, VIP and Ultimate
1. All Sales Are Final
1.1 All ticket sales are final. 1.2 Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 1.3 No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: - Change of mind - Scheduling conflicts - Travel disruptions - Personal circumstances - Illness or injury - Failure to attend
2. No Resale or Transfer
2.1 Tickets may not be resold, transferred, assigned, or offered for resale. 2.2 Tickets listed on secondary marketplaces or resale platforms are subject to cancellation without notice. 2.3 Tickets obtained through unauthorized channels may be voided. 2.4 Starving Artist LLC is not responsible for fraudulent or invalid tickets purchased from third parties.
3. Event Changes
3.1 Starving Artist LLC reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to: - Performance lineup - Performance duration - Event format - Supporting acts 3.2 Changes to performers, setlists, or program content do not qualify for refunds.
4. Postponement or Cancellation
4.1 In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4.2 If the Event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket’s face value. Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
4.3 If the Event is canceled but rescheduled, ticket holders may either use their ticket for the rescheduled date or request a full refund of the ticket’s face value.
5. Force Majeure
Starving Artist LLC shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: - Acts of God - Government actions or restrictions - Public health emergencies - Natural disasters - Labor disputes - Technical failures In such cases, tickets remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Admission & Conduct
6.1 Admission is subject to compliance with Event policies and security procedures. 6.2 Attendees engaging in unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may be denied entry or removed without refund. 6.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission at its sole discretion.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability
7.1 Attendance at the Event is at the ticket holder’s own risk. 7.2 Starving Artist LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, artists, and partners shall not be liable for: - Personal injury - Property loss or theft - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
8. Media Release
By attending the Event, you grant Starving Artist LLC the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and film your likeness and to use such media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes worldwide without compensation.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid charge (chargeback) without legitimate cause may result in ticket cancellation and denial of future purchases. Starving Artist LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated fees.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Starving Artist LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using a ticket for the Crush 40: Speed of Sound World Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
